PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We usually take 7-12 working days (excluding SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) to process and ship your orders from the day of order placed weather its a customised or a non customised product. The courier company takes more or less another 4-6 working days (excluding SATURDAY and SUNDAY).Tracking detail are sent via sms or email as soon as the order is shipped .
Our warehouse operates from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours(10am to 6pm).

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Once orders are shipped/dispatched, customer will receive tracking details through the given email id & contact number by our logistics team from which customers will be able to follow up on their shipments.
